If you used a mobile number to register and you get an error message when trying to log in that says “Invalid login or password” first double check that your mobile number is entered correctly.
- If you still get the error message, you can click the “Forgot your password?” link to send a text message to your mobile phone number.
- This message will have a link that you can click and enter a new password.
- This link is valid for 24-hours, so if the link says that it is expired, you can send a new one repeating the steps above.
- If you do not receive the text message with the link, it is possible that this was not the contact method you used to sign up. You may need to try another mobile number or an email address.
- If you used a landline phone number, you will need to call the Support Team at 888-839-9239 between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM 7 days a week.
