How to create an account with a phone number?

You must use either an email address or phone number which will be used for logging into the course.

Mobile Phone Number

1. In the “Email or Mobile Number” field of the online account creation form, enter the mobile number and complete the rest of the form.
2. A text message with a 6-digit code and a confirmation link will be sent to your mobile number.
3. Once you click Create Account, you will be taken to a page with My Account at the top and a banner at the bottom with “Click here to verify your account and begin training.”
4. Click this banner to enter your code.
5. If you don’t have the code yet, click “Haven’t received a code? +” to confirm your mobile number is correct and resend a new code.
6. If you leave this page at any time, the text message will also have a link which you can click to verify your account and get started.

Landline Phone Number

1. In the “Email or Mobile Number” field of the online account creation form, enter the mobile number and complete the rest of the form.
2. Once you click Create Account, you will be taken to a page with My Account at the top and a banner at the bottom with “Click here to verify your account and begin training.”
3. You will need to call the Support Team at 888-839-9239 between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM 7 days a week.
4. Once the Support Representative has verified your account, you will be able to use your phone number to log in and get started.
