How to find your certificate?

Once you have completed all topics in a course, you will earn a certificate.

When you first complete the course, a pop up will appear giving you congratulations!

You can click “Print Wall Certificate” to download a copy of your certificate.

If you didn’t download a copy, or would like to download a new copy, you can do so from My Courses.

1. If you don’t see the Beginner Program or Intermediate Program, click on “Go” under My Courses.
2. On the right-hand side of the page, click the “Certification” button for the course you would like your certificate.
3. Click “Wall Certificate” to download your certificate.
4. If you have an error on your certificate, such as a misspelling in your name, you can click the “Request change of information” button to submit a request.
5. If you do not see a “Certification” button, you may have not completed the course.
   • You will see a percentage displayed under the course title; if it shows as in progress and the percentage is not 100%, the course is not completed.
   • Click “Continue” to access the course and finish your learning.
